As our maintenance assistant, you will support the maintenance team, helping to ensure the building maintenance of the Group's properties. Responsibilities and duties: * Perform **structural and finishing repairs**, including painting rooms, plastering, replacing floors and ceramic tiles. * Carry out **plumbing and furniture maintenance**, such as installing and replacing faucets, repairing bathrooms, cafeterias, furniture, and general administrative areas, as well as cleaning drains. * Conduct **preventive and corrective maintenance** to ensure proper operation of facilities. * Record all activities and **complete service orders** for internal control. * Assist in **monitoring third-party service providers**, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * Maintain **organization and cleanliness** of shared equipment and tools. * Strictly comply with **occupational safety regulations**, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as instructed by the company.
