They must ensure that systems, networks, and servers remain available and secure. ##### **Requirements** * Technical support in resolving hardware, software, and network issues; * Monitor server, network device, and system performance to ensure availability and security; * Install and configure IT equipment, such as servers, Wi-Fi routers, and switches; * Perform backup routines and verify integrity; * Access Management: Control system access permissions and ensure network security; * Document and maintain up-to-date records of configurations, processes, and incidents; * Provide internal employee support for system- and infrastructure-related issues; * Execute Tasks: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems; * Format, install, and configure computers and notebooks; * Update infrastructure equipment. **Nice to Have** * Basic knowledge of networks and IT infrastructure; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operating systems (Windows and Mac); * Strong organizational skills; * Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for challenges; * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively; * Willingness to learn.
