Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of digital products across one of the largest healthcare networks in the country, ensuring high-quality deliveries and strategic alignment. Collaborative environment focused on results and continuous improvement **What We Are Looking For?** We seek a **Project Manager** to lead the implementation of digital products across one of the largest healthcare networks in the country. You will be responsible for driving initiatives from planning through go\-live, ensuring high-quality deliveries aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with rollout, operations, and stakeholder teams, ensuring efficient implementations within established timelines and budgets, as well as delivering executive presentations and reports directly to the C\-Level across multiple hospital units. Our Outsourcing Management team will support you closely, conducting 1:1 meetings to ensure strategic alignment, cultural integration, and your professional development. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You Need to Have:** * Experience as a Senior Project Manager implementing digital products / software; * Proven experience reporting to and presenting results to C\-Level executives; * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) and hands-on experience managing complex projects; * Strong skills in planning, schedule tracking, scope management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement; * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments; * Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, or similar); * Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and delivery focus. **What You Will Do:** * Plan, organize, and manage digital product implementation schedules, defining milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities; * Coordinate internal and external resources, engaging multidisciplinary teams (development, QA, infrastructure, support, etc.); * Monitor project progress, identify risks and blockers, and propose mitigation plans; * Prepare executive reports and present status updates, results, risks, and action plans directly to C\-Level and senior leadership; * Apply agile methods, facilitating retrospectives, lessons learned, and ongoing adjustments; * Ensure best practices for implementation, post\-go live support, and proper documentation; * Manage implementation budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization; * Foster a collaborative environment focused on results and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Education and Engagement:** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Demonstrated experience applying agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean. * Ability to facilitate discussions and promote team engagement. * Knowledge of agile management tools. * Critical analytical ability and capacity to solve complex problems. * Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification or equivalent in Scrum / Agile; * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar; * Experience in digital health projects is a plus; * Familiarity with adoption, retention, and usability metrics; * Negotiation skills with vendors and partners. **Attitudes:** * Logical reasoning, commitment, organization, teamwork, pro\-activeness, dynamism, flexibility, initiative, responsibility. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Meal and transportation allowance; Health insurance; Biannual performance reviews with growth opportunities; Feedback-oriented culture; Maternity/Paternity leave; Referral bonus; ZenKlub \- two free sessions per month; Education benefit; Longevity bonus; Coworking office available in Porto Alegre (RS). **About the Hiring:** Employment contract under CLT or PJ models; This is an on-site position requiring availability for travel, with strategic presence at client locations.
