We are looking for a professional to serve as **HR Manager**, assigned to a multinational company in the **Telecommunications** sector, located in **São Paulo \- SP**. **Responsibilities:** Full Human Resources Management Solid experience in labor and union relations Workforce planning and high-volume recruitment Management of benefits and operational costs: * Transportation allowance (VT) * Meal benefits (VA/VR) * Vehicle policies / expense allowances **Supervision of:** * Payroll processing and eSocial compliance * Time tracking, overtime, and productivity * Turnover and absenteeism metrics * Ability to quickly structure and scale operations * Strong focus on cost control (headcount, benefits, operations) **Requirements** Experience in the Telecommunications or IT sector. Experience in payroll and benefits management. Fluent English. Availability to work in São Paulo – Berrini region. 100% on-site work model. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
