As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the entire hiring and termination process for apprentices, interns, and permanent employees, as well as benefits administration, payroll reconciliation with accounting, electronic timekeeping, organizational climate, performance evaluation, and other personnel department activities. Experience in managing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes is essential.
