Join our network too! \#vemprarede Responsibilities and Duties: * Supervise operational activities and performance, ensuring that processes and area infrastructure meet planned delivery targets; * Monitor and control employee attendance and punctuality, schedule changes, and productivity reports, aiming to guarantee appropriate operational conditions; * Monitor and control logged-in Operators, their availability, and shift schedules, aiming to ensure the operational structure for service delivery; * Interact with the Quality department during monitoring execution according to pre\-established criteria, and participate in calibration of concepts agreed upon with clients for performance evaluation; * Manage and deliver feedback actions to Operators and maintain respective records, ensuring continuous improvement and effectiveness of this process; * Monitor and evaluate operational results, analyze daily performance and productivity control reports, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions within one's autonomy; * Monitor and evaluate monthly incentive results and productivity control in Operational Campaigns; * Analyze performance indicators and operational performance with the Manager; * Participate in personnel selection processes for the area, including interviews, group dynamics, and test administration, ensuring that hired or promoted professionals possess the required profile for the position; * Verify monthly attendance reports; * Conduct quality monitoring of the team under one's responsibility. Requirements and Qualifications: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in collections and team management; * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:18\.
