Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Systems Analyst, with a focus on Front-end (Angular) and Back-end, to develop corporate credit solutions, modernize legacy systems, and apply AI in systems. We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Systems Analyst with solid experience in Front-end (Angular) and Back-end to: Evolve legacy systems built on .NET; Develop new services in Java/Kotlin; Build AI agent-based systems capable of replacing or reinventing traditional systemic solutions The Challenge Here, AI is not optional. You will design, develop, and deploy AI agents as a core component of the system, handling automation, decision-making, and execution of complex business rules — with governance, security, and traceability. What You’ll Do Develop end-to-end fullstack solutions Build and evolve web interfaces using Angular, focusing on UX, performance, and accessibility Maintain and modernize legacy .NET systems Develop new services and APIs in Java/Kotlin Design modern architectures (microservices, event-driven, APIs) Create AI agents as business systems, integrated with existing APIs, data, and workflows Work with cloud (AWS), CI/CD, observability, and SRE Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Business teams What We’re Looking For Solid experience with Angular (TypeScript, APIs, testing) Proficiency in .NET for legacy maintenance and evolution Experience with Java and/or Kotlin for new services Hands-on experience with microservice architecture and integrations Genuine interest or practical experience applying AI to business systems Engineering mindset: quality, scalability, and technical accountability Differentiators Experience with event-driven architectures Experience in regulated environments (credit, risk, compliance) Knowledge of AI/agents, RAG, orchestration, or intelligent systems Experience modernizing legacy systems using novel approaches **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed Postgraduate Degree – Systems Analysis, Completed Postgraduate Degree – Computer Science Certification: AWS, including AI **Additional Information** Itaú is Brazil’s most valuable brand, the best company to work for according to Great Place to Work, and the largest bank in Latin America.
