A welcoming and dynamic environment focused on employee well-being This opportunity is for the Western Regional Directorate, responsible for operating and maintaining water and sewage networks in municipalities across the western region of Greater São Paulo: São Paulo (west zone), Osasco, Barueri, Carapicuíba, Jandira, Santana de Parnaíba, Pirapora do Bom Jesus, Cotia, Taboão da Serra, Itapevi, and Vargem Grande Paulista. The Coordinator must be available to work in any of these municipalities, as required by the Directorate. \*\*\* Sabesp (Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo) supplies water and collects and treats sewage in 377 municipalities across São Paulo State, serving 28 million people. **It is one of the world’s largest sanitation companies and the largest in Brazil.** The Company will advance five decades in five years, expanding access to drinking water and basic sanitation for millions of people. With infrastructure designed to support and empower our teams, the Company reinforces its commitment to this transformation journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage maintenance contracts for water and sewage networks. * Coordinate execution of water and sewage connections. * Formalize informal areas (communities), ensuring access to services. * Manage in-house teams, ensuring productivity and quality. * Evaluate operational indicators and propose corrective actions. * Make strategic decisions to ensure achievement of targets. * Contribute to achieving universal sanitation goals. * Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory standards and Sabesp’s values. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Sanitary, Environmental or related fields). * Proven experience managing operational teams and maintenance contracts. * Knowledge of water supply systems and sewage collection/treatment systems. * Availability to work across various municipalities in the western region of Greater São Paulo. * Ability to analyze indicators and make strategic decisions. * Proactive profile with a sense of urgency and results orientation. * Brazilian National Driver’s License \- CNH (minimum category B) **Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Administration or related fields. * Prior experience in sanitation companies or public service providers. * Familiarity with management tools (SAP, Power BI, Advanced Excel). * PMP, Lean Six Sigma or similar certifications are desirable. * Familiarity with technical and regulatory standards in the sanitation sector is desirable. * Behavioral competencies: leadership, effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution. **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * Private Pension Plan * Meal Allowance (VR) and Food Allowance (VA) * Transportation Allowance * Christmas Basket * Birthday Day Off * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave * Daycare Assistance for Mothers and Fathers * Wellhub (Gympass) Partnership * Profit-Sharing Program — PPR New Sabesp is far more than a sanitation company.
