Disseminating best testing practices and raising the team’s technical bar **The professional will work for a Brazilian technology company specializing in financial management solutions for retailers and franchise networks.** **Hybrid Model – Perdizes – São Paulo/SP** **Responsibilities and Duties** Your main activities will include: * **Test strategy planning and execution:** Creating complex scenarios to validate and stress-test key business components impacted by each new delivery. * **End-to-end automation:** Developing and maintaining End-to-End (E2E) test suites to ensure stability of critical user journeys. * **API Testing:** Validating API contracts, performance, and security using tools such as Postman or similar. * **Active collaboration:** Partnering with Tech Leads and Product Managers from the discovery phase to identify risks even before code implementation. * **Quality culture:** Promoting best practices in testing (integration and functional) across squads, contributing to raising the team’s technical bar. * **Impact analysis:** Assessing how new features interact with the current ecosystem (SaaS), ensuring no regressions occur. * **Documentation and reporting:** Providing visibility into delivery health and quality metrics for stakeholders. **Required Qualifications** * **Solid QA experience:** Especially in testing complex web systems and distributed architectures. * **Proficiency in E2E automation:** Hands-on experience with frameworks based on Python, Node.js, or similar (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium). * **API expertise:** In-depth knowledge of RESTful service testing. * **Analytical mindset:** Ability to understand complex business rules and anticipate exception scenarios (“unhappy paths”). * **Experience with modern tools:** Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for integrating automated tests. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in SaaS technology companies. * Knowledge of performance and load testing. * Ability to perform queries against NoSQL databases for data validation.
