We have offices in São Paulo and Chicago (USA). **ATTENTION!** For this position, the work model is **hybrid** (2 days per week onsite), requiring easy access to our office located in Barueri/SP. **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * **Develop internal SDKs** (e.g., email, authentication, logging) and create reusable **multi\-tenant APIs**. * Ensure **versioning** and **backward compatibility**, establishing **standardized abstractions** for squads. * Develop the **internal AI platform**, in partnership with the **AI Governance** team, implementing **usage controls** and **rate limiting**. * Enhance **corporate templates**, create and maintain **“Golden Paths”**, and improve **automated quality gates**. * Perform integrations with **Backstage (IDP)**, **GitLab CI**, and **GKE** (architecture level). **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * Strong **backend** expertise with proficiency in **Node**, **Go**, or **Python**. * Experience with **REST API design**, **distributed systems architecture**, and **multi\-tenant** systems. * Mastery of **semantic versioning**, **automated testing**, and **authentication flows** (OAuth / JWT / RBAC). * Experience with **CI/CD** and **Kubernetes** (architecture level). * **AI\-Native** profile, with daily use of tools such as **GitHub Copilot**, **Cursor**, or **Codeium**. * **Technical/advanced English** for global communication. **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * Advanced experience with **GitLab CI**, **SDK design**, **LLM APIs**, and **internal platforms**. * Having built a **corporate SDK** or worked in a **Platform Engineering** team. * Experience with **IDP (Backstage)**. **PROCESS STEPS:** * Application * Cultural fit interview * Technical interview \+ Live coding * Client interview * Hiring
