Job Summary: Coordinator responsible for project administration, organization of diverse teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction in telecommunications projects. Key Highlights: 1. Complete project management, including time, cost, scope, and quality. 2. Team leadership and integration of all project members. 3. Definition of standards and methodology for project execution. COORDINATOR Responsibilities: * Project administration and Improvement Plans. * Organize diverse work teams. * Responsible for integrating all members of a project. * Define, plan, and present a project. * Responsible for delivering assigned projects on time, within budget, within scope, and meeting expected quality standards. * Responsible for defining standards and methodology for project execution, as well as monitoring their implementation. * Responsible for resource and execution time management. * Must document and support the management of potential project risks. * Responsible for organizing all project procurements. * Responsible for establishing communication and ensuring proper project execution. * Responsible for ensuring end-customer satisfaction. * Plan, coordinate, and prioritize team tasks, ensuring KPI reporting and service delivery. * Proactive activity tracking. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Administration. * Experience managing large teams of over 50 people. * Knowledge in: Customer Management, Conflict Resolution. * Familiarity with standards and regulations governing telecommunications service provision. * Understanding of the telecommunications environment and business. * Proficiency in office software. Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Hybrid. CLT employment contract.
