Technical leadership of projects and initiatives **[Cloud] Senior Cloud Development Analyst (Cloud / AWS Serverless)** ======================================================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Remote Job Description We are looking for a **Senior Cloud Development Analyst** to define, architect, and evolve serverless systems on AWS within the T-Cloud Platform stacks, ensuring scalable, resilient solutions aligned with business needs. This person will play a key role in technical decision-making, leading initiatives, and advancing the team’s engineering practices. Responsibilities and Duties * Define and lead serverless solution architecture on AWS, ensuring scalability, resilience, and high availability * Develop backend applications in Python, focusing on APIs and distributed microservices * Lead technical decisions and support the definition of architectural, development, and best-practice standards * Provide technical leadership for projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to established standards * Design and evolve orchestrated workflows using Step Functions and event-driven architectures * Ensure observability best practices, including logs, metrics, and tracing in distributed environments * Proactively identify and resolve complex production issues (advanced troubleshooting) * Enhance and optimize CI/CD pipelines, promoting automation, security, and deployment reliability * Support and mentor team developers, encouraging technical growth and knowledge sharing * Contribute to defining and evolving cloud application security practices (IAM, policies, access segregation) * Collaborate with product and business teams to define technical solutions aligned with requirements Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields * Solid backend development experience with Python, especially in building APIs and distributed services * Advanced experience with AWS serverless architecture * Strong knowledge of distributed systems, including scalability, resilience, and fault tolerance * Hands-on experience with the AWS serverless stack (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB) * Experience with DevOps practices, deployment automation, and CI/CD pipeline construction * Experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing) using tools such as CloudWatch, X-Ray, or similar * Solid understanding of cloud application security, including IAM, roles, policies, and best practices Desirable Requirements * Experience with event-driven architectures (EventBridge, SQS, SNS) * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), especially with Serverless Framework * Experience in code reviews and defining engineering standards * Prior experience serving as a technical reference or in formal/informal technical leadership roles Salary Range To be determined Employment Type CLT Benefits * TOTVS Network University: a corporate university offering free content and certifications for all employees; * +Saudáveis Program: supports each TOTVER through advisory services and initiatives focused on physical, mental, and financial well-being; * +Vantagens Program: Latin America’s largest discount network, exclusively for our employees; * +Cuidado Program: personal support program for employees and their families, offering guidance across multiple specialties including psychology, social work, pet consulting, etc.; * Einstein Conecta: free online medical consultation service provided by physicians from the Albert Einstein Israelite Hospital; * Health and dental insurance; * Meal and/or food allowance; * Transportation allowance and shuttle services at select metro stations; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Lactation room; * Bicycle parking; * Changing room; * Life insurance; * Childcare allowance; * Private pension plan; * Office designed to foster creativity and productivity, featuring snack areas, game rooms, billiard tables, and relaxation lounges; * Gympass.
