Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Stack professional to develop and maintain strategic systems in the Incentive Compensation area, with focus on Front-end and Back-end. Key Highlights: 1. Work with Incentive Compensation São Paulo \| Hybrid model (1 day per week at the office) We are looking for a professional experienced in Front-end and Back-end who wishes to work on the development of strategic systems in the Incentive Compensation area. Key Technologies **Front-end:** HTML CSS Vue.js React **Back-end:** .NET Core JavaScript **Main Responsibilities:** Development and maintenance of systems Creation of database routines (Stored Procedures) Monitoring execution of processes for quota and variable compensation calculations Preparation of reports and analyses for clients Homologation and validation of area projects Analysis of client-requested scope change requests **Requirements:** ✔️ Degree in IT, Engineering, Statistics or related fields ✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience ✔️ Experience in Full-Stack development ✔️ Advanced Excel ✔️ SQL Server database ✔️ ETL tools ✔️ Knowledge of pharma industry processes (sales data, SAP) – desirable ✔️ Technical English – desirable
