Creation and evolution of analytical dashboards and reports Work within the Data Infrastructure team in the Financial Crime Prevention area, with a focus on developing and monitoring key performance indicators, providing informational support for regulatory compliance, developing Machine Learning models, Artificial Intelligence projects, transactional monitoring, automation, and studies targeting fraud prevention and anti-money laundering. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and monitor performance and risk indicators related to financial crime prevention; * Provide informational support for regulatory requests, audits, and internal departments; * Participate in the development and monitoring of Machine Learning models and AI projects applied to fraud prevention and AML; * Engage in transactional monitoring initiatives and behavioral analysis; * Build data marts and develop ETL processes for data organization and availability; * Create, maintain, and evolve analytical dashboards and management reports; * Conduct exploratory analyses, studies, and investigations focused on financial crimes; * Collect, organize, process, and validate databases; * Develop and maintain automations to optimize internal processes and improve operational efficiency; * Collaborate with business, technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Programming logic; * Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python and/or R); * Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation; * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar); * Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and analytical architectures; * Familiarity with or interest in Machine Learning, AI, and advanced analytics is desirable. **Additional Information** * Academic and technical training programs; * Career advancement opportunities; * Meal Voucher and Food Voucher; * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Special conditions on our financial products; * Daycare / Nanny allowance; * Educational incentive; * Total Pass; * J.
