Handle problem resolution and customer satisfaction **Shift Coordinator** **Description:** Responsible for full operational management during the shift, ensuring achievement of sales, productivity, quality, and service targets. **Main Responsibilities:** Manage restaurant operations during your shift (production, service, and inventory). Supervise coordinators, servers, and assistants. Ensure daily sales targets and operational KPIs are met. Monitor financial controls: cash register, cash withdrawals, and daily closing. Manage inventory, waste, and product expiration dates. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and good handling practices. Handle problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
