With facilities across multiple regions of the country, we proudly drive the development of Brazilian agriculture, promoting more efficient and sustainable practices. **Our Mission:** To generate positive impact in the worlds of food, agriculture, and industrial products, advancing toward a sustainable future for all humanity. **How We Do It:** We combine our natural resources, the dedication of a talented team, and our technological capabilities to expand food production, ensure its quality, enable sustainable agriculture and industrial production, and protect the environment. **Our Principles:** * **Innovation:** Created by passionate people, supported by R\&D infrastructure and strategic partnerships, forming a unique ecosystem. * **Care:** Doing what is right for our employees, business partners, shareholders, communities, and the environment. * **Leadership:** Acting as a benchmark in innovation, cost management, and sustainability, with a results-oriented mindset and a winning spirit. **Job Description** Support process engineering, including data collection and process reporting; Assist in the development and execution of improvement projects, contributing analyses and information organization; Monitor production and laboratory processes; Support technical and budgetary analyses of equipment for procurement, interfacing with suppliers and internal company departments; Review work instructions following implementation of improvements; Contribute to optimizing operational efficiency on production lines; Develop communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment; Strong interaction with production and support departments (maintenance, projects, laboratory, and quality); Requirements Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the 3rd year onward: Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, Biochemistry, or related fields; Experience/Specific Knowledge: University coursework — Thermodynamics (steam, heat transfer), Fluid Mechanics (pumps and fans, pressure loss in distribution), Unit Operations (filtration, screening, grinding, mixing); Desirable Knowledge: Statistics — Concepts of Mean, Median, Mode, and Standard Deviation; Computer Skills: Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (tables, calculation memos); Language(s): Ability to read and interpret technical texts in English.
