Job Summary: We are seeking a technically skilled Infrastructure Specialist with solid experience in projects and preliminary sizing for industrial, logistics, and infrastructure construction works. Ensure compliance with technical standards and municipal/state requirements **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a highly technical Infrastructure Specialist with solid experience in projects and pre\-sizing of industrial, logistics, and infrastructure construction works. Responsibilities include: Develop preliminary and basic designs for: - Earthworks (mass balance, cut/fill optimization) - Pavement (flexible, rigid concrete, and interlocking) - Stormwater drainage for large areas - Various geotechnical retaining structures Perform rapid preliminary sizing and obtain accurate quantity takeoffs for infrastructure disciplines to support the estimating team. Conceptually design drainage systems, including concrete/PEAD pipes, channels, inspection chambers, energy dissipators, and retention/infiltration solutions. Perform preliminary sizing of various retaining structures, such as reinforced concrete retaining walls, gabions, soil nailing, mechanically stabilized earth, crushed stone columns, geosynthetics, and pre\-loading. Support the Estimating team in defining unit cost compositions, technical assumptions, schedules, and cost\-benefit alternative studies. Ensure compliance with ABNT and DNIT standards, pavement and drainage technical manuals, as well as municipal and state requirements. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Proven experience in infrastructure projects and estimating (industrial, logistics, highways, ports, etc.). Strong technical expertise in preliminary sizing and development of preliminary designs for the disciplines listed above. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (terrain modeling, earthworks, profiles, and quantity extraction) AutoCAD and/or Revit Drainage/pavement/retaining structure tools (StormCAD, DrenPro, basic HEC\-RAS or similar) Experience in rapid quantity takeoff extraction via BIM, 3D CAD, or integrated spreadsheets. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Geotechnics, Transportation Infrastructure, Pavement Engineering, or related fields (strong differentiator). Experience supporting technical\-commercial proposals, including cost compositions, technical assumptions, and scheduling. Proficiency in additional software such as InfraWorks, OpenRoads, or national estimating/geotechnical tools. Experience in industrial/logistics projects exceeding 30\.000 m². Experience in offshore construction, wharf expansion projects, and port infrastructure. Knowledge of BIM applied to infrastructure. Experience with EPC and Unit Price contracts.
