You are the architect designing the future of our logistics efficiency. **Activities:** Focus on Analysis and Strategy: * Development of Strategic KPIs: Create, manage, and evolve area performance indicators (OTIF, Logistics NPS, Cost per Delivery, etc.), ensuring they reflect business strategy. * Root Cause Analysis and Predictive Modeling: Lead investigations into performance deviations—not only identifying causes but also building models to predict and prevent future issues. * Fleet Sizing and Planning (S\&OP): Lead the fleet sizing process by developing scenarios balancing cost, risk, and service level, and actively participate in S\&OP meetings. * Feasibility Studies and Benchmarking: Conduct studies to assess the viability of new technologies, processes, and operational models, comparing them against market best practices to keep Ipiranga at the forefront. Focus on Optimization and Tools: * BI Tool Development: Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that translate complex data into visual, actionable insights for managerial decision-making. * Automation and Scripts: Use VBA, Python, or SQL to automate processes, optimize analysis routines, and increase team productivity. * Optimization of Logistics Levers: Lead the analysis and implementation of logistics levers (linearization, calendarization, etc.), measuring impact and ensuring sustainability of gains. Focus on Customer and Commercial: * Customer Performance Management: Lead performance meetings with strategic customers, presenting results, analyzing deviations, and jointly designing action plans to improve service levels and optimize cost-to-serve. * Logistics Services Sales: Structure and “sell” to customers the benefits of logistics levers (e.g., nighttime delivery, calendarization), demonstrating with data the gains in efficiency and service level. * Commercial Interface: Act as a strategic partner to the commercial team, providing analyses for prospecting new customers aligned with the network’s efficiency profile and supporting the development of commercial proposals with appropriate service attributes and logistics costs.
