Then check out this opportunity and **\#JoinUOL!** At **UOL**, everyone is welcome, **regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion, disability, etc.** What matters most is that you enjoy challenges, work well in teams, embrace our culture and our mission of connecting every Brazilian to their own universe. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Optimize direct campaigns (PI and PG) with a focus on performance aligned with client KPIs. * Guide actions through analysis and research, aiming for profitability and results in external media buying and audience monetization. * Interface with the AdOps team to structure data foundations targeting specific KPI delivery, problem resolution, and improvements. * Map tagging requirements and structure pixel implementation for monitoring according to client objectives. * Interface with the Account Manager team responsible for campaigns to fully understand each client’s / campaign’s constraints and particularities. * Align with clients, when necessary, on customized performance projects. * Develop internal documents per account outlining optimization actions and insight generation. * Present performance reports per client and account portfolio. * Conduct in-depth analyses and add value to business opportunities for the sales and post-sales teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields. * Proficiency in key digital metrics and campaign indicators. * Experience with AI tools. **Additional Information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also had:** * Knowledge of specialized data manipulation and processing tools such as: SQL, Python.
