And we continuously promote **transformation and innovation**, seeking new ideas and ways to evolve — whether in products, services, or processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform daily e-commerce receivables reconciliation (credit cards, PIX, bank slips, digital wallets), ensuring accuracy across ERP systems, payment gateways, acquirers, and marketplaces. * Verify and validate settlements, monitoring settlement deadlines, financial discrepancies, and cash flow predictability. * Monitor and handle chargebacks, refunds, disputes, and fraud risks, acting to mitigate financial losses. * Control applied fees (MDR, anti-fraud, receivables advances) and analyze their impact on operational profitability. * Work in a high-volume transaction environment with multiple payment methods, ensuring process efficiency and reliability. * Prepare management reports and financial KPIs (delinquency, losses, fees, aging), supporting decision-making. * Support monthly accounting closing and internal/external audits, ensuring compliance with financial and tax policies. * Collaborate with Finance, Sales, IT, and Operations teams to align processes and resolve inconsistencies. * Propose and implement improvements and automation in receivables reconciliation and control processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in e-commerce, digital retail, or D2C companies, including fee management (MDR, anti-fraud, receivables advances) and financial impact analysis. * Experience in receivables reconciliation involving ERP systems, payment gateways, acquirers, marketplaces, and in financial process automation and improvement. * Knowledge of digital payment methods (credit cards, PIX, bank slips, digital wallets), chargebacks, refunds, fraud mitigation, and Power BI or other data analytics tools. * Experience working with SAP and familiarity with platforms such as Vindi, Pagar.me, Adyen, Mercado Pago, Shopify, VTEX, or similar. **Additional Information** * Medical and dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Wellhub — a wellness benefit helping you care for your physical and mental health; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * PLR — Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Discounts on Midea Carrier products for you, your friends, and family; * **Midea Carrier Education Program** — tuition subsidy provided to employees for continuous learning and development at colleges, universities, and educational institutions (after 12 months of employment); * **Testers Program** — aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of Midea Carrier products through employee usage and evaluation. * Work location: Jabaquara/SP. * Work modality: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws).
