Requirements: **Main Responsibilities:** * Reconcile inventory balances, ensuring alignment between accounting and operational balances. * Reconcile and calculate provisions and reversals of costs, in compliance with current accounting standards. * Execute reconciliation and calculation under the Equity Method (CPC 18\). * Conduct reconciliation and calculation of LALUR/LACS (Part A and Part B), ensuring accurate tax and accounting determination. * Reconcile payroll records, ensuring correct accounting of statutory charges and provisions. * Reconcile and calculate direct and indirect taxes, ensuring balance consistency. * Actively participate in the monthly accounting closing, meeting deadlines, ensuring information quality, and supporting variance analyses. * Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, identifying inconsistencies and proposing adjustments when necessary. * Coordinate with Tax, Finance, HR, and Controller areas to ensure alignment of accounting information. * Support internal and external audits by providing requested information, analyses, and documentation. * Contribute to improving and standardizing accounting processes and internal controls. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting. * Proficiency in the TOTVS (Protheus) system. * Intermediate-level Excel skills for data analysis and consolidation. * Practical experience with: + Provisions and Reversals – CPC 25 + Equity Method (EM) – CPC 18 + LALUR/LACS and Part B – CPC 32 * Experience with ancillary obligations, including: + SPED Contábil + SPED ECF + PER/DCOMP + IBGE declarations + SPED Contribuições * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail, with emphasis on information accuracy. * Organizational skills, sense of priority, and maturity to manage critical deadlines. * Collaborative and consultative approach, focused on internal customers. * Effective communication skills to support internal departments and translate technical information into business terms. * Hands-on, proactive, results-oriented profile with interest in continuous learning. **✨ Advantages:** * Active CRC registration. * Experience in companies with higher accounting and tax complexity. * Experience in growing companies, agile environments, or lean teams.
