Collaboration with project and operations teams to execute services. **Position Summary:** We are looking for a Telephone and Data Communication Network Installer-Repairer to join our team at Black Box. The professional will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing data communication and telephony networks, both indoors and outdoors. If you have experience in this field and seek an innovative and dynamic environment, this is the ideal opportunity for you! **Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain telephone and data communication networks across various environments. * Perform repairs and adjustments on data communication and telephony systems, ensuring full network functionality. * Test connections and equipment, identify faults, and perform appropriate repairs or component replacements. * Work with specialized tools and equipment for network installation and repair, adhering to safety standards. * Collaborate with project and operations teams to plan and execute network communication installations and maintenance. * Document technical details of each service performed, including network configurations and any changes made. * Provide technical support to internal and external customers when required, ensuring satisfaction and optimal performance of implemented solutions. **Requirements:** * Prior experience installing and repairing telephone and data communication networks. * Knowledge of structured cabling systems, switches, routers, and other communication equipment. * Familiarity with specialized tools for communication network installation and maintenance. * Ability to conduct testing and fault diagnostics on data and telephony networks. * Completed high school education (technical training in Telecommunications, Communication Networks, or related fields is desirable). * English and Spanish are desirable. * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork orientation. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Health and dental insurance. * Transportation allowance (VT). * Meal/food voucher (VR/VA). * Life insurance. * Partnerships with English and Spanish language schools.
