Our environment is dynamic and collaborative, fostering the professional growth of our employees. **Job Description** We are seeking a Mobile Phone Technician to perform diagnostics and repairs on mobile devices, identifying and resolving technical faults. The professional will be responsible for conducting quality tests and ensuring device functionality. This is a full-time, on-site position located in São Paulo, SP. **Qualifications** * **Problem Solving and Diagnostics:** Experience in identifying and resolving technical issues in mobile devices, including hardware and software diagnostics. * **Communication and Customer Service:** Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure excellent service and alignment of expectations. * **Quality Control and Laboratory Techniques:** Knowledge of quality control procedures and laboratory practices for mobile phone maintenance and repair. * **Mobile Communications:** Understanding of mobile communication technologies and systems to diagnose connectivity and performance-related issues. * Preferred qualifications include technical courses in this field, prior experience in mobile phone technical support, and familiarity with various brands and models.
