




Job Summary: Responsible for registration and monetary adjustments, as well as analysis of fraudulent transactions, performing chargebacks, reporting fraud, and managing chargeback processes. Knowledge of VisionPLUS and electronic payment methods Description: * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Availability to work 100% on-site in Barueri. * Responsible for registration and monetary adjustments, analysis and regularization of fraudulent transactions, and commercial disputes. * Analyze dispute actions received in the Vision Plus system; * Reverse disputed cardholder transactions; * Report fraudulent transactions to Visa and Mastercard networks; * Recalculate invoices for disputed transactions not paid by cardholders; * Initiate chargebacks for transactions after reviewing Visa or Mastercard network rules; * Monitor accelerated installment purchases, assess whether to continue the chargeback process or simply reverse transactions and associated fees; * Handle and submit requests for Friendly Collections to acquirers responsible for transaction processing; * Support ongoing dispute resolution activities for Visa and Mastercard network transactions; * Adhere to SLAs established for activities through client-defined procedures, follow client-established rules and deadlines, and meet Visa and Mastercard network deadlines. * Knowledge of VisionPLUS electronic payment systems (CMS, ASM, ITS); * Handling of Re-presentments and Pre\-Arbitrations for disputed chargebacks (preferred qualification) 251107020230602086
