That was only the beginning of a trajectory that has made us a solid market reference and one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, acting as a bridge between the business area and the technical team. * Map business processes and design workflows meeting business needs using modeling tools (UML, BPMN). * Participate in stakeholder meetings for information gathering and requirement validation. * Ensure requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle. * Assist in prioritizing deliverables and drafting user stories for agile teams. * Conduct and document impact analyses for system changes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree. * Analysis of system proposals and identification of requirement errors. * Data analysis and modeling using UML or User Stories. * Software development and maintenance activities. * Production lifecycle based on Agile or similar methodologies. * Basic knowledge of queries using Oracle Database Management Tool. * Knowledge and preparation of software testing documents: Black Box, Regression, Usability, Load, and Stress testing. * Knowledge of database modeling up to Third Normal Form. * Knowledge of development architecture types using TDD, BDD, and DDD concepts. * Development and modeling of functions and data (essential, structured, and object-oriented). * System sizing, system projects (development and modeling), and software architectures. * Proficiency in Requirements Engineering and requirement elicitation techniques: JAD, interviews, questionnaires, prototyping, among others. * Preparation of diagrams: context (vision), use case, class, sequence, activity, functional, and data diagrams. * Preparation of technical documentation for end users. * Specification of use cases and business process modeling. * Integration of multi-platform systems. * Elicitation, development, management, specification, and validation of technical requirements. * Basic project management knowledge and experience using Microsoft Project. * Quality planning and management. * Projects and initiatives aligned with DevSecOps concepts and Agile methodologies. **Desirable Requirements and Qualifications:** * Familiarity with automated testing tools is desirable. **Additional Information** **Benefits and Advantages:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher. * Wellhub (Gympass); * Benefits Club.
