Conducting risk analyses and developing contingency plans **PMI SECURITY COORDINATOR \- TEMPORARY** The PMI Security Coordinator protects people and assets by structuring operations, procedures, and team training. Scope includes risk analysis, electronic security management (CCTV), guard monitoring, contingency planning, and ensuring legal compliance. **Operational Management:** Coordinate and supervise physical security, surveillance, and electronic systems teams. **Physical Security:** Plan, monitor, and guide preventive/corrective maintenance of security equipment, as well as installation of new systems. **Risks and Contingency:** Conduct risk analyses, audits, prospective studies, and security audits; develop contingency plans. **Training:** Develop work schedules and deliver technical and capacity-building training to the team. **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to regulations, technical standards, and applicable legislation, protecting employees and company assets. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Private Security Management, Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** Proven experience in electronic or technological security companies, field team management, and high-end clients. **Skills:** Proficiency in Office suite (Advanced Excel), Power BI, MS Project, and monitoring technology management (CCTV). **LOCATION:** Barueri, São Paulo .
