




Description: Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Active registration with CREA. * Proven experience in construction projects, building maintenance, structural design and/or project management. * Knowledge of current technical standards (ABNT, NRs, municipal and state legislation). * Experience in project analysis, reading blueprints, preparing reports and technical assessments. * Experience in contract management and supervision of service providers. * Proficiency in project and management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel). Desirable: * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Structures, Construction Management, Building Maintenance or related fields. * Prior experience in public institutions, clubs, associations or large-scale developments. * Knowledge of maintenance methodologies (PCM, preventive plans). * Skills in cost analysis and construction planning. * Willingness to travel to AFPESP units. What you will do: * Serve as the technical responsible for construction, renovation, and structural maintenance works at AFPESP units. * Prepare, review, and approve civil, structural, electrical/hydraulic (when related to construction) projects and other technical documents. * Conduct technical inspections, issue technical assessments, opinions, risk analyses, and intervention recommendations. * Monitor construction execution, ensuring quality, adherence to schedules, safety, and compliance with technical standards and legislation. * Manage and supervise contracts with third-party companies (contractors, designers, suppliers). * Control measurements, costs, materials, and service approvals. * Participate in developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans for AFPESP units. * Conduct technical and financial feasibility studies, proposing efficient and sustainable engineering solutions. * Support tender processes, technical specifications, and procurement activities related to the engineering area. * Ensure the physical and structural integrity of AFPESP developments, guaranteeing safety and quality standards. 2512230202491881932
