* Responsible for monitoring, operating and maintaining facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment and other mechanical operation devices such as various types of pumps, hydraulic/pneumatic valves (electromechanical and manual), refrigeration water piping systems ETAs/ETES (water treatment stations and sewage treatment plants), exhaust fans, ventilators, hydraulic firefighting equipment, Splits, fancoils, air-cooled self-contained units, water-cooled self-contained units, window air conditioners, cooling towers, ductwork networks, diffusers and related equipment
* Responsible for conducting periodic inspection rounds to verify equipment operation, measuring consumption and performance of equipment/facilities, predictive maintenance, and recording materials used in Work Orders
* Perform technical supervision of third-party contractors carrying out specialized maintenance services
* Support and monitor vibration inspection activities on rotating equipment and checks related to air quality
* Be familiar with PMOC and operational planning to perform tasks
* Maintain personal or shared tools and guide/train refrigeration assistants in support tasks
* Use sensory inspection skills (noise, temperature, smell, leaks, etc.)
* Perform welding on copper tubing, replace refrigerant charge using vacuum pumps, and apply metrology knowledge (pressure, temperature, flow rate values, etc.)
* Operate CAG (Chilled Water Plant) during startup and shutdown processes, including chiller startup, operation of primary, secondary and condenser pumps, cooling towers, and reading measurement instruments
* Apply knowledge of hydraulics, material resistance, and understanding of corrosive processes (such as electrolytes and ions)
* Operate and adjust VAVs and perform minor balancing adjustments on duct systems
* Replace compressors, valves, motors, and bearings on air conditioning system equipment
* Supervise third-party technicians performing specialized maintenance services when required
* Periodically report maintenance reports via WEB

* Completed technical or vocational course in electromechanics or in the field of Air Conditioning or related areas (air conditioning mechanic)
