Collaborate using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Responsibilities: * Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements; * Understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications; * Prepare documents such as requirement specifications, use cases, and process flows; * Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, development teams, and other involved areas; * Support the technical team in interpreting requirements and clarifying doubts; * Identify risks and impacts of requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle; * Ensure requirement traceability and validation with end users; * Collaborate using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Work Model: 100% Remote Equipment pickup and onboarding on the first day of work at the client's office in Alphaville \- Barueri/SP. The candidate must reside in the state of SP. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst or similar role; * Knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques; * Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (Azure DevOps); * Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders; * Analytical and problem-solving capabilities; * Experience in software development and system architecture is a plus; Advantages: * Experience in large-scale projects and complex systems; * Experience with acceptance testing and requirement validation.
