The professional will be responsible for building *forecasts*, budgets, cash flow projections; monitoring performance indicators; and collaborating with other departments to optimize profitability and support decision-making. Reports directly to the CFO. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and monitor the annual budget, *forecast*, and financial strategic planning; * Analyze results variances, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions; * Build and maintain financial models for long-term projections; * Prepare management reports and presentations for the executive team, financial institutions, and investors; * Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs; * Analyze and optimize the company’s cost and expense structures; * Participate in financial feasibility studies for new projects and investments; * Support and conduct result audit periods; * Support M\&A processes, *valuation*, and *due diligence*, as needed; * Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and Operations teams to ensure financial data integrity; * Implement improvements in financial processes and management systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI; Experience in financial modeling and valuation; Knowledge of managerial accounting and financial statement analysis; Analytical ability and strategic vision for decision-making; Strong communication and presentation skills for senior management; Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools. **Behavioral Skills** Analytical and strategic thinking; Strong communication skills for interaction across departments and hierarchical levels; Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in logistics, transportation, or retail sectors; Experience in *Supply Chain Finance* or structuring financial operations; Knowledge of agile financial management methodologies; Advanced English proficiency. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday \- from 08:00 to 18:00 **What We Offer** **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** R$ 35.00 per day **Transportation Voucher;** **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment, no fixed deduction) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (no deduction and options with deduction) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** available after hiring – you choose the plan **Profit Sharing (PLR):** Based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) **Birthday Day Off:** one day off on your birthday, effective after 3 months **Domina Baby Program:** special newborn kit, effective after 3 months ‍ **Fatherhood Program:** 10-day paternity leave, effective after 3 months **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
