Job Description: We are looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) to work on-site in Alphaville, possessing a highly communicative, organized, and goal-oriented profile, responsible for frontline generation of commercial opportunities for Domínio Financeiro group companies. This professional will play a strategic role in lead qualification, meeting scheduling, and supplying the sales team with qualified opportunities, directly contributing to commercial expansion and sustainable group growth. Responsibilities: * Conduct active lead prospecting (outbound) via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media. * Handle and qualify inbound leads. * Apply qualification criteria according to ICP and company-defined methodology. * Schedule strategic meetings for the sales team (closers/executives). * Update and maintain the CRM with accurate and complete information. * Monitor performance metrics (conversion rate, number of contacts made, meetings scheduled, etc.). * Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize the sales funnel. * Continuously improve sales arguments, outreach approaches, and commercial performance.
