Requirements: **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor IT infrastructure (networks, links, servers, and systems) continuously using tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar; * Ensure incident registration, categorization, and initial handling in ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, GLPI); * Identify failures and performance deviations, performing initial analysis and low-complexity corrective actions; * Support incident escalation to higher tiers, ensuring clear and agile communication; * Execute operational routines, including backup validation, log analysis, and standard procedure execution. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology fields (Networks, Systems, Computing, or related); * Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.); * Familiarity with monitoring tools and/or ticketing systems; * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to handle multiple demands; * Proactive, collaborative profile with interest in continuous learning; * Ability to follow operational processes and procedures. **✨ Nice-to-Have:** * Knowledge of tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, AppDynamics, or similar; * Prior experience (including internships) in NOC, technical support, or environment monitoring; * Basic knowledge of ITIL or best practices in incident management; * Entry-level certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CCNA, or similar); * Experience in high-availability environments or supporting large-scale operations 5x2\.
