Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling access of individuals to a school institution, ensuring safety, hospitality, and organization with courtesy and attentiveness. Assist in event logistics and in organizing student circulation We are seeking a professional responsible for managing the entry and exit of individuals at the school institution, ensuring safety, hospitality, and organization. The professional will perform surveillance duties with courtesy and attentiveness, ensuring compliance with institutional regulations and the well-being of the school community. * Control access for students, parents/guardians, staff, and visitors according to the school's established rules and schedules. * Register and identify visitors, directing them per institutional protocols. * Monitor the gate during peak hours (entry and exit), ensuring smooth and secure pedestrian flow. * Verify and enforce proper use of ID badges and institutional identification. * Provide clear and courteous information to parents/guardians, visitors, and other members of the school community. * Observe suspicious behavior or inappropriate conduct and immediately report it to coordination or facility security. * Support the organization of student circulation during breaks and class hours, in partnership with the pedagogical and administrative teams. * Assist in logistics for school events, meetings, fairs, and other institutional activities involving public movement. * Maintain the front desk area clean, organized, and functional. * Preserve confidentiality of information, safeguard the institution’s image, and foster positive relationships with the public. * Perform other duties relevant to the role as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed High School Education * Knowledge of access control systems, monitoring, and facility security; Minimum Educational Requirement: High School (Secondary Education) * SESC Membership Benefits * Tuition Assistance for Dependents (Schools) \| subject to approval by the Director after 60 days * Meal Allowance: BRL 180.00 * Transportation Voucher * PetLove * Up to 30% discount at PUC * Ticket Benefits Club * Employee Study Assistance (50% Scholarship) after 60 days of employment, capped at BRL 500 * SENAC Enrollment (50% discount) * Breakfast at the Company * Totalpass
