Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com The ideal candidate will have solid experience in payroll processing and payroll accounting, with practical knowledge of SAP HCM. This role is essential to ensure payroll accuracy, correct accounting entries, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** Execute end-to-end monthly and off-cycle payroll processing, ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and company policies. Perform payroll accounting (account mapping, cost center allocation, accruals, reclassifications) using SAP. Support monthly and annual financial closing activities related to payroll. Validate and reconcile payroll accounts, and support financial audits (e.g., SOX, internal/external audits). Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Generate payroll reports and accounting files, meeting internal deadlines. Identify and propose process improvements, automation opportunities, and enhancements to internal controls. **Required Experience:** Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll processing, preferably in large-scale environments or shared service centers. Proven experience with SAP HCM Payroll and Payroll Accounting modules. Strong knowledge of labor legislation, payroll taxation, and applicable accounting standards. Experience with payroll and general ledger reconciliation, and supporting internal and external audits. **Hard Skills:** SAP HCM (Payroll, Time Management, Accounting Integration) Payroll and general ledger reconciliation **Excel (advanced level:** formulas, pivot tables, data validation) **Reporting and analytics tools (preferred:** Power BI, SAP reports) Knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security legislation Familiarity with eSocial and ancillary obligations **Soft Skills:** Analytical thinking and attention to detail Accountability and ownership of outcomes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving ability and critical thinking Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Team collaboration and proactivity **At Strada, our values guide everything we do:** Anticipate Customer Needs – We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
