Job Summary: We are seeking a Cost and Controller Analyst to manage costing processes, managerial reporting, and financial forecasting, supporting decision-making and ensuring stability and profitability. Support forecasting and annual budgeting processes **Cost and Controller Analyst** We seek a responsible individual to prepare, develop, and analyze essential financial information to ensure management can make well-founded decisions, securing stability, growth, and future profitability. This role involves costing, managerial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** * Inventory and Costing Process: Manage costing and inventory processes, including development of standard costs, variance analysis, quotation preparation, inventory control, and support for strategic business decision analyses.* Managerial Reporting and Financial Analysis: Prepare financial reports and monthly statements, including journal entries, budget vs. actual variance analysis, and KPIs. Manage capital and operational expenses, ensuring alignment with budget and strategic goals, and develop financial models to support decision-making. Ensure process compliance, such as intercompany transactions, documentation of routines, and support for closing meetings.* Forecasting: Support forecasting and annual budgeting processes. Support quarterly business reporting with required analyses and context.* Ad-hoc Support and Tasks: Support the manager and general director in financial and costing projects. Collaborate with the CI leader to ensure cost-saving generation. Support processes and audits when necessary.. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences.
