Senior Systems and Processes Analyst

Description

Key Responsibilities * Lead business and operational requirements analysis, translating them into system specifications and development plans; * Coordinate and execute system configurations and testing, ensuring alignment with specific contractual requirements; * Serve as the key contact point for systems-related projects, collaborating with IT, operations, and external partners; * Document system processes, user manuals, and training materials; * Provide second-level support, resolving complex system issues and mentoring junior analysts; * Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement; * Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations; * Drive implementation of digital tools and automation initiatives; * Develop manuals, operational procedures (WIs), and flowcharts; * Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and continuous improvement initiatives; * Adhere to company safety standards and policies; * Commitment to QSHE standards and performance; * Collaborate on quality policy and objectives Requirements: Bachelor's degree completed Advanced English proficiency Experience with VMS and ERP systems Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Languages: * English (Advanced) Comprehensive benefits package
