Job Summary: We are seeking a Support Engineer with strong technical expertise and interest in technology to work on satellite-based communication solutions integrated with terrestrial networks and IoT devices. Hybrid environment (satellite + LTE + IP) and systemic perspective **Position Summary:** We are seeking a Support Engineer with strong technical expertise and interest in technology and innovation to work on satellite-based communication solutions integrated with terrestrial networks and IoT devices. This professional will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and efficiency of solutions, performing end-to-end troubleshooting and resolution, as well as supporting field integrations with systems and devices. The position requires analytical capability, technical autonomy, and a systemic perspective to operate within hybrid environments (satellite \+ LTE \+ IP). **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and support satellite communication solutions (LEO and/or GEO), integrated with LTE, Ethernet, and IP infrastructure; * Diagnose and resolve end-to-end technical issues involving hardware, connectivity, protocols, and backend; * Analyze logs, network behavior, and communication performance (latency, packet loss, stability); * Support integration with IoT devices and embedded systems (serial interfaces, sensors, CAN bus, etc.); * Collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve complex technical incidents; * Contribute to technical documentation, process standardization, and continuous support improvement; * Stay updated on SATCOM technologies, hybrid networks, and industry best practices. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Networking, or related fields; * Experience in technical support within telecommunications or connectivity environments; * Knowledge of IP networking (TCP/IP, NAT, basic routing); * Experience with satellite communication systems (LEO or GEO) or strong interest in working in this area; * Familiarity with communication protocols (HTTP, MQTT, serial); * Experience or exposure to integration with IoT devices or embedded systems; * Strong analytical and structured troubleshooting skills; * Good communication, teamwork, and adaptability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Iridium technologies (Certus, SBD, IMT) or other SATCOM solutions; * Experience in hybrid environments (satellite \+ LTE); * Knowledge of Docker, edge computing, or embedded processing; * Experience with log analysis and remote device diagnostics; * Experience with physical interfaces (RS232, GPIO, industrial sensors); Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$10\.000,00 \- R$15\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
