Job Summary: Mining Engineer with experience in urban tunnel excavation for sanitation infrastructure, using explosives and the NATM method, to work on infrastructure projects. Key Highlights: 1. Management of explosive licensing and compliance with safety regulations We are seeking a **Mining Engineer** with experience in **urban tunnel excavation**, to work on **sanitation infrastructure projects**, involving underground excavation using explosives and the NATM method. **Key Responsibilities** * Planning and supervision of **urban tunnel construction for sanitation networks** * Development and optimization of **blasting plans for underground excavation in urban environments** * Coordination of **drilling, charging, and rock blasting activities** * Monitoring of the **excavation cycle, advance rate, and rock mass stability** * Control of **vibrations, impacts, and interference with urban structures** * Interface with **geotechnical, surveying, occupational safety, and production teams** * Management of **explosive documentation and licensing with the Brazilian Army (SFPC)** * Ensuring compliance with **safety, environmental, and client requirements** **Requirements** * **Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering** * **Active registration with CREA** * Proven experience in **tunnel excavation (preferably using the NATM method)** * Experience in **drilling and blasting with explosives** * Experience in **blasting plan development** * Experience in **explosive licensing and control with the Brazilian Army** * Experience in **underground construction in urban areas** **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **sanitation, drainage, or outfall tunnels** * Knowledge of **vibration monitoring and damage control in urban areas** * Experience with **geotechnical instrumentation and convergence control** Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
