What you’ll do day-to-day * Work on end-to-end feature development, from conception through deployment and production support; * Provide technical contributions to the squad, promoting engineering best practices, code quality, performance, and scalability; * Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Designers to build solutions that address real user problems; * Participate in architecture discussions and decisions, proposing technical solutions aligned with context and product needs; * Identify and flag technical debt, helping prioritize it with the team; * Ensure implementations align with technical standards and product objectives; * Work in an agile environment with iterative deliveries and short feedback cycles; * Support and mentor junior engineers, elevating the team’s technical level. 2512240202491933499
