And you could be that professional! **✨ About the Role** We are looking for a Junior Python Developer to build digital solutions, system integrations, and intelligent automations that support Unifisa’s technological transformation. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in backend development with Python and an interest in working with automation, system integration, and process improvement. **Your Responsibilities** * Develop applications and APIs in Python using **Flask, FastAPI, or Django**; * Build integrations between systems, ERPs, CRMs, and third-party services; * Automate processes and tasks (web or desktop) using tools such as **Selenium, Playwright**, or **similar**; * Document APIs, integrations, and developed workflows. **Mandatory Requirements** We seek someone with solid experience in most of the items below, though knowledge of all is not required: * Strong proficiency in **Python** for backend development; * Experience with automation using **Selenium**, **Playwright**, **PyAutoGUI**, or similar tools; * Strong communication skills, autonomy, and strong delivery orientation. * **Nice-to-Have (not mandatory)** * Experience with **SQL databases** (SQL Server or PostgreSQL) and/or **NoSQL** (MongoDB or Redis); * Experience with **applied AI**, such as RAGs and LLMs, will be considered significant advantages. **Candidate Profile** * Technical curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools; * Systemic thinking and strong analytical ability; * Autonomy to propose solutions and a strong sense of ownership; * Collaboration and clear communication with multidisciplinary teams; * Interest in automation, integrations, and innovation. **What We Offer** Collaborative environment open to innovation; Opportunity to work on strategic projects and intelligent automation solutions; Technical and professional development plan; Competitive benefits package.
