Leadership in strategic negotiations and contracts **Senior/Lead Procurement Analyst** The Senior/Lead Procurement Analyst will be responsible for the strategic management of the procurement process for goods and services, ensuring operational efficiency, cost competitiveness, and quality. The role will involve consultative collaboration with internal departments and direct interaction with national and international suppliers, including participation in meetings with overseas counterparts. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct identification, evaluation, and qualification of national and international suppliers, considering criteria such as cost, quality, delivery time, compliance, and performance. * Lead medium- and high-impact strategic negotiations and contracts, seeking optimal commercial terms and risk mitigation. * Issue, review, and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, volumes, delivery timelines, and internal policies. * Actively monitor purchase orders, proactively addressing delays, quality deviations, or non-conformities. * Collaborate closely with inventory management to ensure appropriate stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Conduct market analyses, benchmarking, and cost studies to identify opportunities for cost reduction (savings) and continuous improvement. * Manage relationships with strategic suppliers, fostering long-term partnerships and performance enhancement. * Monitor and evaluate supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), proposing action plans when necessary. * Support strategic decision-making within the procurement function, contributing to the evolution of internal processes and policies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior experience in procurement at Senior or Lead level. * Intermediate to fluent English proficiency, with ability to conduct meetings, negotiations, and communications with international suppliers. * Proficiency in procurement processes, negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier management. * Strong analytical capability, strategic vision, and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with international suppliers. * Familiarity with procurement KPIs and savings initiatives. * Knowledge of ERP systems. **Salary and Benefits:** **Salary:** Negotiable * Meal allowance: R$32.00 per day. * Food allowance: R$554.00 per month. * Transportation allowance. * Profit-sharing program (PLR). * Discount at our pharmacy. * Health insurance plan. * Dental insurance plan.
