Your responsibilities will include: * **Copywriting:** Create short, persuasive text summaries for videos. * **Customer Service:** Answer followers' questions and provide agile support. * **Group Management:** Schedule messages and ensure order and engagement in the VIP WhatsApp. Location and Work Format: * **Hybrid Model:** Easy access to **Alphaville \- Barueri** is required (occasional in-person training sessions). * **Target Audience:** Female candidates are preferred. Requirements: * **Mandatory:** Customer service experience. * **Desirable:** Knowledge/familiarity with the **Online Gambling** (iGaming) niche. * Excellent writing skills, typing speed, and strong organizational abilities. Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$4\.894,52 per month Education: * Incomplete or ongoing elementary school education (mandatory) Experience: * Customer service (mandatory) * Online gambling (slot) games (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Alphaville, SP
