Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, organizing, and handling meat department products, while also engaging in direct customer service and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the department. Maintaining order and hygiene in the workplace **Responsibilities** * Receiving goods, organizing department inventory in cold storage, handling food items, preparing marinated products and self-service trays, restocking shelves, monitoring product expiration dates, verifying pricing, cleaning and organizing the department, and providing customer service/sales * Arranging refrigerated and frozen counters and islands with various cuts of meat according to predefined quality standards to facilitate sales. * Providing direct customer service at the meat counter, performing cutting, grinding, and weighing to serve customers effectively. * Assisting in separating department products and placing them into appropriate containers—such as ground meats, chicken cuts, sliced steaks, ribs, and roasted meats—then weighing, pricing, and displaying them for sale. * Updating prices on the meat department price list as instructed. * Keeping meat items inside cold storage chambers organized to create space for newly arriving items. * Maintaining order and hygiene in the workplace—including cleaning counters, cold storage chambers, etc.—to prevent accidents and proliferation of insects, bacteria, etc., ensuring compliance with required quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Rotating 6x1 work schedule with fixed weekly day off; * Availability to work from 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM; * Prior experience is not required; **What We Offer:** * Complimentary on-site meals; * Transportation allowance; * 20% discount on fruits and vegetables purchased at Oba Supermarkets; * Exclusive offers for employees; * Free telemedicine and telepsychology services; * Payroll-deductible loans; * New Value Benefits Club; * Optional medical assistance (co-payment); * Optional dental assistance; * SESC membership (access to gym, multiple sports, and vacation colonies); * Discounts at partner educational institutions; * Pharmacy partnerships: Droga Raia and Drogasil. Minimum Education Level: Elementary Education (1st level)
