Job Summary: Responsible for quotations, negotiations with raw material suppliers, development of new suppliers, and procurement management, aiming at cost optimization and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Market negotiation and market analysis experience 2. Collaborative work with various internal departments 3. Pursuit of cost reduction and continuous improvement * Conduct quotations and negotiations with raw material suppliers; * Develop and qualify new suppliers; * Analyze costs, delivery lead times, and commercial terms; * Issue purchase orders and monitor the process until delivery; * Monitor inventory levels and support procurement planning; * Ensure compliance with contracts and commercial agreements; * Collaborate closely with departments such as production, logistics, and finance; * Prepare procurement performance reports and KPIs; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement. Requirements: * Prior experience in procurement, preferably involving raw materials; * Strong negotiation and market analysis skills; * Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Good communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Degree in a chemistry-related field . Experience in the chemical industry is desirable.
