The candidate will be responsible for assembling and disassembling vehicle parts, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in the process, in accordance with company standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assemble and disassemble vehicles according to work orders. * Assemble and disassemble bumpers, hoods, doors, fenders, and other vehicle parts for repairs and maintenance. * Perform assembly and disassembly carefully to avoid scratching, denting, or breaking parts. * Align, adjust, and secure automotive parts and components. * Assist in verifying received and prepared parts prior to assembly. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of tools and the workplace. * Meet established deadlines and maintain service quality. * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an assembler or in similar roles within the automotive industry. * Knowledge of automotive part assembly and disassembly. * Basic understanding of part alignment and adjustment. * Responsibility and commitment to deadlines and quality. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in insurance-approved repair shops. * Knowledge of automotive bodywork and painting. **Employment Type:** CLT Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.200,000 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
