




Job Description: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in International Trade or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of experience in import operations; * Intermediate English proficiency (reading and writing); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); * Familiarity with import processes, including Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW), import modes, and customs regimes; * Knowledge of import documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Air Waybill); * Support international transportation requirements (ocean, air, and land freight); * Monitor and manage customs-related deadlines and payments; verify and record data in spreadsheets and the MPR system; update the Finance Department on international payments; * Support negotiations regarding transportation conditions and costs, as well as customs clearance fees; * Maintain communication with international suppliers and freight forwarders to track orders and align delivery schedules; * Collaborate with the Procurement and Demand Planning teams to ensure imports meet company requirements and prevent stock shortages or overstocking; * Ensure accurate fiscal classification (NCM) of products to avoid customs issues and additional costs; * Digitally manage and archive import documentation to ensure compliance with audits and tax regulations; * Perform related duties as assigned; * Carry out responsibilities in alignment with Universal Automotive’s objectives, values, and quality standards. 2512140202201862236
