Description: * Minimum requirement: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (6x1 rotating schedule); * Experience in leading retail store teams; * Proficiency in Excel. * Responsible for supervising the store’s operational team to ensure excellence in service delivery to both external and internal customers, dissemination of the company’s mission, vision, and values, and contribution toward achieving the operational results expected by the company for the store; * Contribute to achieving the store’s sales targets through continuous supervision of the team and execution of appropriate action plans; * Foster team motivation by maintaining a positive work environment aligned with the company’s values; * Ensure excellence in store processes through ongoing training of store teams and use of manuals provided by respective departments; * Keep the store team informed and aligned with the store’s operational goals by conducting daily team meetings; * Contribute to delivering the store’s expected operational results by executing and monitoring all operational processes in accordance with guidelines established by the Operations Department; * Ensure the NPS survey is conducted using the designated application, in line with the target set by the Marketing Department; * Perform store opening and/or closing procedures according to the scheduled shift roster; * Monitor performance indicators by contributing to the development and implementation of action plans and achievement of targets; * Execute the planning of compensatory time off for employees by conducting daily tracking. 2512140202201920160
