Join us in driving this change—we believe in the power of every individual to generate transformation! * Assist the welder in welding activities; * Prepare and load materials and equipment; perform minor welding tasks under the welder's supervision; keep the work area clean and organized, following the welder's instructions; * Assist in preparing materials and equipment for welding—such as electrodes, gases, and machines—and transport them to the worksite; * Assist in welding to perform minor welds under the welder's supervision; * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring materials and equipment remain in good condition; * Comply with safety regulations and procedures, using required personal protective equipment (PPE) and identifying potential hazards; * Assist in assembling and disassembling equipment, perform minor repairs, and carry out other tasks supporting the welding team's efficient operation; * Strictly apply sustainability, occupational safety, and workplace organization standards; * Drive company vehicles to perform tasks in external environments, reporting any incidents while ensuring safety, compliance with traffic regulations, and vehicle maintenance; * Conduct visual inspection of welds, perform necessary repairs, and carry out other related and inherent duties; * Adhere to internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety, and other areas, aiming for continuous improvement. 2510310202231779165
