Job Summary:
A technical professional responsible for developing and reviewing safety procedures, analyzing safety indicators, conducting accident investigations, and ensuring legal compliance of the Safety Management System (SMS).

* Technical qualification in Occupational Safety;
* Driver's license category B;
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Safety Technician.
Develop, review, and approve procedures, instructions, and forms (as required);
Analyze safety indicators and request corrective actions or additional measures as needed;
Conduct or assist in initiating action plans, safety monitoring, and accident and/or incident investigations;
Evaluate effectiveness and monitor non-conformities/deviations regarding deadlines and follow-up of actions;
Assess applicability of legal requirements, analyze compliance status, and maintain updates; furthermore, adjust operational methodologies to ensure compliance with legal and other applicable requirements across construction sites;
Conduct onboarding, regulatory standards, and company-specific training;
Support coordination during internal and external SMS audits and conduct audits when necessary;
Analyze and fulfill client requirements (e.g., data collection for proposals, client registrations, projects, etc.);
Control documented information of the Management System;
Implement SMS-related safety standards;
Manage training records for the Occupational Safety and Quality departments;
Support implementation and maintenance of the SMS Management System;
Conduct site visits to operational locations for SMS evaluation, safety condition assessment, activity supervision where required, inspections, etc.;
Investigate and analyze accidents/incidents and recommend preventive and control measures;
Ensure control over renewal and expiration processes of documents (e.g., ASO, PGR, PCMSO, technical reports, etc.);
Identify needs for PPE procurement, manage inventory, distribution, and validity tracking;
Coordinate Emergency Brigade activities (e.g., updates, procedures, drills, etc.) and CIPA;
Incorporate improvement plans into the system and support managers in implementing SMS programs;
Address operational site requirements and support coordinators regarding SMS.
