We are seeking a **Kitchen Helper**. **Responsibilities:** * **Teamwork:** maintain respectful communication, willingness to learn, and collaboration with colleagues; * **Ingredient Preparation:** sanitize, cut, peel, and organize ingredients according to the head chef’s instructions; * **Production Support:** assist in dish preparation and finishing, following recipes and specific instructions; * **Cleaning and Maintenance:** maintain kitchen organization, including sanitizing utensils, equipment, and work surfaces per food safety standards; * **Inventory Management:** assist in stock verification, inspection, and restocking as needed; * **Task Execution:** carry out instructions provided by the chef or responsible cook within defined standards. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in the role. * Completion of high school. * 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. **Working Conditions:** * Workload: 44 hours per week, with 6 days off per month. * Schedule: Monday through Sunday. * Location: South Zone of Rio de Janeiro. * Benefits: transportation allowance, meal allowance, commissions. * Salary: R$ 2\.000,00 to R$ 2\.500,00 (base \+ commission). * Opportunities for professional growth via a career development plan. **Schedule:** * Weekdays and weekends. * 8\-hour shifts.
